Appearance
Solin is a pixian Fay with quite a few anomalous traits, further adding to her graceful beauty. Her deeliebobs that protrude out of her head are more akin to a snail’s antennae when compared to the wiry ones her fellow fae have. Her hair is a literal flame of fire, which is harmless to her surroundings and those around her unless she purposefully chooses to weaponize it at a foe. The dark sceleraes of her eyes are irregular in her species of slvskorte fae. Her attire is a precursor to the girl she would be reborn as, whose tic marks of three she shares. Solin never wears shoes, but is always adorned in her pink sleeves, leafy halter, and far-from-modest leaf loin cloth.

In the Petaliaverse, Solin’s Fyrefox form as akin to a gingham-dressed country girl. She still retains her tic marks and eye shape, but has the eyes of a normal fay. Due to the nature of the spell that turned her into a flower, she had no mouth, but was able to clearly speak via psicon. No longer possessing her humanistic legs, fae wings, or arms, she was able to get around on a magically-enhance terracotta pot; akin to a Segway scooter that was powered by one’s will. Her rightmost petal was braided, and she also retained her fae form’s propensity to blush.
Personality
Solin is a major tomboy, who is more at home with the guys than doing prissy things; most of the time at least. One would say that her randomness in dialogue would be like that of a madman, but it is due to a special power she once possessed. Prior to her rebirth, Solin was just as romantic and playful as she is now. Two of Solin’s greatest virtues are her affection and kindness towards those she cares about, be it her father, Peter Pan, or the sister figures in her life.
Solin of the prime dimension has been in love with two special young men in her life: Sly, and Giles Morgenstern, but her methods of dealing with them were quite different. With Sly, Solin was flirtatious and playful, always joined at the hip on their patrol missions and leisure activities, but never totally let on her feelings for him. Giles was familiar to Solin via a vague premonition of the man she would fall in love with, and to this day has never wavered in her love for them.
As Fyrefox, her demeanor had changed significantly after her rebirth. No longer the super-confident sprite she was at one time, Solin felt vulnerable and grounded, but grateful to Snow Tiger for granting her this second chance at life. Her maternal instincts were overclocked in this new form, wanting to have children and to be a mentor to others; she wanted to feel needed. Finding the young owl chick, abandoned, Solin proved she was still her old self because of the unbridled love she had for this little baby bird, just from first sight. By this point, she and Snow Tiger had their Ritual of Combination, and were combinofts for a long while; Solin had but to bat her eyelashes and shed a few tears in Snow Tiger’s direction in order to convince her to let her keep the young fledgling, giving her the flowery name of Magnolia.
History
Her exact year of creation is unknown, but was born not too long after her father, the boy who would be known later on as Peter Pan. Long before the founding of the Neverscape, Solin had travelled throughout the Zetascape and other magical dimensions, until she detected the biosig of her father on Neverland Prime, quickly embracing him and being welcomed into his collective of lost boys and as an honorary member of the Nevertribe.
Prior to this, Solin had befriended the debutant princess, Auoralania Faye when they were both living in the Neverscape. Aurora had confided in Solin that the marriage treaty that had been proposed between herself and Chief Dajanoten Sol by their elder leaders was going to take her out of their own dimension, but wished for Solin to join her and Delania. It was because of the familiar soul print she sensed in Neverland Prime that prompted Aurora’s decision, which Solin was curious about, but could not refuse.
Tragedy in September
On the shores of Neverland Prime, a pirate ship breached the magical barrier to the Great Myriad — the same ship that made landfall in almost every other Neverzone: the Jolly Roger. Why it arrived to this Neverzone later than all the others is up for debate, but this time Huek (as he was known) had encountered fay magic before, and bolstered his forces by kidnapping young men who believed in magic and the fae. His endgame was to plunder the treasures of the fae, believing them to contain magic that can rival the Devil’s. One of the captives that he took from his most previous stop (Copenhagen, Denmark), had escaped from the group, making his way to the center of the island. Having fallen and hitting his head against a tree, Peter, Princess Maddie, and Solin found him unconscious with a rock and a worn arrowhead.
Peter was ready to slay this interloper, deeming him as a threat by his tattered clothing and the weapon he was trying to sharpen. Solin immediately got between Peter and this stranger before he could plunge his dagger. The presence of this young man was what she had been waiting for, for all those years. Solin defended the stranger to Peter and even threatened to never speak to him again if he tried to kill the stranger again. Without recourse, Peter gave in and put the responsibility of the man squarely on Solin’s shoulders. With that, Solin tapped into her power crystal and Fayported him to the waterfall atop the Neverpeaks. Solin would later die on the Neverbeach, that very day, in defense of the Lost Boys who tried to be heroes by routing the dangerous sociopathic pirate that invaded the island. Giles, who was forced to witness Huek slay her, fell into a fugue state; having already lost his sister and her children in the worst ways by this same pirate; his soul temperature fell to the very lowest, and flatlined; dying of a broken heart.
June 11, 1986 (Sliding timeline)

After Princess Maddie made a special wish the night after Solin and Giles were laid to rest, nearly 150 years passed on Earth when Maddie’s human daughter Rebecca gave birth to her second human child, Ariella. Nearly 7 years after Ariella Jones was Ascended as a Pan Knight, she finally learned that the slvskorte of her hero, Peter Pan, and herself, were one and the same. The portion of her spirit that did not inhabit her crystallized wings was born as Ariella, and when Solin’s wings reintegrated with her, Solin manifested from dormancy in their shared mind as a twin of sorts, retaining all her memories of their past life. This revelation caused much anxiety and confusion for AJ, feeling that she was a recycled soul. But eventually, her friendship with her counterpart had grown from heroine worship to full-blown sisterhood, so much so that AJ wanted to give Solin corporeal life again so they could talk and do things outside of their heart chamber; a wish that was granted by their centuarian aunt, Princess Andelite; and the spell was later augmented by their little big brother Starblaze, allowing for the magical atmosphere needed for Solin’s tethered reemergence to be permanent, no matter where they were.
Prior to this, however, Ariella’s memories of Solin’s death on Neverbeach were triggered by something that Mina Elechad had inadvertently said, causing AJ to be caught in a fugue state of her own, but not at risk of facing a drop in soultemp. Jesse had kept AJ company during this time while in Petra’s Neverzone, but he was also unable to wake up. But he did, and so did AJ, but not their modern selves. Giles and Solin had been transported via the Ethereal Plane to in Neverland Prime, ten Earth years before they had met, and Solin now in a human form, armed with javelin spears and a dagger.
