Early Life:
Born 4 minutes after her sister, Fiona Ferrette was welcomed into the world by proud parents, Della-Kate and Foster Ferrette, and big sister Demuria Mousette. Both Fiona and Felicia were the light of their family’s life, so when they were diagnosed with SIDS, their sister and parents’ light burned out. The bodies of the twins were doppelclones with no heartbeats, planted in the maternity ward by Lord Quoshent of the Quilliads right around the time Foster’s sister Festival was kidnapped and implanted with a mind-control element in her hypothalamus and given false memories of her giving birth to the twins instead of her sister v’combin. Foster would die soon afterward without anyone knowing the twins’ true connection to him.
Festival raised her daughters, renamed Ferrina and Stardancer, in opulent luxury in the Neverscape, maintaining casual contact with their Aunt Della and cousin Demuria, but Festival would go on to drastically constrict those privileges. When they were of age, Ferrina and Stardancer left home and struck out on their own. Ferrina chose the wild life and served as one of Queen Aurora’s loyal retainers and supporters. Stardancer on the other hand felt different than Ferrina as far as living in nature, wanting to have stability and seclusion, albeit without relying on their mother’s wealth. Stardancer would eventually meet one of Tinkerbell’s counterparts, a serpent pixian fae hybrid whose mutation came as a result of the prismatic divide. Slink had accompanied her Peter to a Brotherhood of Pan and Sorority of Bells meeting in the Neverscape, and Stardancer literally fell in love with Slink.
Stardancer immigrated to the SilverSpice Neverzone, keeping her true reasons to herself, but offering her services to the Nevertribe of this Neverzone. The Dajanoten Sol of this Neverzone was courting one of his daughter’s dearest friends, whom Tiger Lily had set him up with, Celestin. Over the course of the next few months Stardancer spent a lot of time with Celestin and would confide in her about her growing feelings for Slink, and the latter would eventually overhear about this, causing a sudden distance between herself and Stardancer. It was not that Slink did not return her affections, but felt that it would not work out like the romantic Stardancer believed it would. Curiously, a friend of Slink’s was exiled from her native Neverzone for ideological differences, and Slink knew right then that Monica was the one for Star.

Star would eventually learn why Slink had been so distant, and it broke her heart to have put her friend in that position. Quick to forgive, Slink told Stardancer about the girl she felt would be her match, and seeing a psiconned image of her stole Star’s heart. Monica met up with Slink at the Neverbeach and was pounced from behind by the lovesick Stardancer. Monica was smitten but confused; it made no sense as to how Star would have fallen in love with her without ever having met her. The answer was ridiculously simple; Monica was best friends with her species’ most hated enemy, a snake; and just like that a whirlwind courtship ensued. They would become combinofts and were made nannies for Dajanoten and Celestin’s baby girl, Princess Silverspice.
Painful Truth Revealed

Queen Aurora and Agent Zylina Xern had intercepted intelligence reports that led to the illegal adoption and kidnapping of the twins by the Cult of the Fire Serpents working in concert with the Quillosa Nostra. Ferrina was the first of the twins to be told, and that they shared a connection to castle sous chef Roxy Boiatomme. With Roxy’s help, Ferrina confronted their “mother” in the NSF jail and was appalled at the outright lies and evasions Festival gave her. Just as Ferrina was about to leave, Festival went into seizures and fell on her back with a bloody nose. Dr. Mintleaf, Dr. Glass Sheen and Princess Maddie discovered the true cause of the onset of her seizures, and it explained her radical behavior change before the twins were born: The Quilliads implanted a filament based off of Blue Moon Silk corrupted with dark energy. Festival underwent surgery, and once the object was removed from her hypothalamus, Festival underwent a drastic change.

Festival and her husband Jason Marmot agreed to cooperate with the Neverscape Special Forces investigation into the Quilliads’ shady dealings through them. It would be a long time before Festival recovered from the surgery, and her assets and property were frozen until the investigation was over. Before the device was removed, Festival would have been boisterously furious at this, but the material stuff did not matter to the real Festival. Her first order of business was to reconcile with her niece Demuria, but when she was not at home, Festival wheeled herself nearly 8 miles in the underground to the home of her late brother’s friend Reggie Ratte. While this was going on, Whisper Mousette grew attached to Festival as an aunt, but was also going through emotional turmoil from believing that her birth was the cause of Della-Kate’s death. Thankfully Stardancer was patched through to their little sister via psicon, allowing Whisper to finally cry out those pent up emotions.
