The collaborative group formally known as Toxins Anonymous (or sometimes “Toxic Anonymous”), is a support group that is geared specially towards Neverscapians and magical creatures, each of whom are of a genus that possesses poisonous substance as a defense or predatory mechanism, but do not want to harm others and are treated as savage and mindless monsters by their peers. One does not have to be of toxic species in order to be a member of ToxAnon, but they have to adhere to the ideology that all are equal and have the same potential for good. This latter notion is apparent by one of the founders being a non toxic flower, and three of the supporting members that make up the Big 3 are each non-toxic, themselves.

Pre-Founding of ToxAnon & Petalia’s support:
During the lifetime that Petalia the Neverbloom had been alive in the Neverzone she germinated in, her lack of mobility from her planting site and the inability to interact with other plants gave her friends in a different way, the animals of the Neverland of this pocket zone. She was shy in certain aspects, but it was always overwritten by her compassion whenever a creature was in need; the first instance being Ross the Rattlesnake, a young serpent who accidentally poisoned a girl he was in love with. The girl, a bird, was quick to recover and to forgive, but Ross was terrified that he would hurt her again. It was this young fledgling that asked Petalia for guidance. Petalia met with Ross, offering only a friendly ear and support. The end result was Ross having the courage to get his venom glands removed. This made him a pariah for a while, but Petalia continued to support him, and it wasn’t long before more creatures came to see Petalia for her help. It was when a frog named Acidney (Sid), a banana frog whose skin was toxic to the touch. Petalia again opened her doors, but Ross was the one who took the reins and officially started the support group, Toxic Anonymous; or ToxAnon for short.

Mission Statement & Early Members
The sole mission of TA is to give a forum and comfort to innocent creatures who are misunderstood and pigeonholed for the mere fact that they are toxic and deadly predators. Most of the members are just kids. Three of the members are not even toxic animals, but are committed to helping their new friends. Arthur’s elder cousin, a friend of Petalia’s, named Celia the Spider is one of the more senior members of the group who is there to share her past experiences as a black-widow spider who would never harm a soul, who turned to arts and crafts in order to provide an emotional outlet. A vampire bat named Conroy was reluctant to join the group because he carries the distinction of being labeled a nighttime predator in addition to being poisonous. The group agreed to nighttime meetings whenever he needed them, but Petalia and her owl friend M.O.G. (Magnolia) have always had time for him, which eventually softened his hard side.
Many school-aged poison fauna have come and gone in the short amount of time that ToxAnon has been in operation, due to either their goals being accomplished or their families relocating, or other reasons, but the Nevertribe has detected massive spikes in positive energy that have never been measured before, and the reason for it had been a mystery for the longest time.

Expanding Memberships and Service

Months into the group’s founding, Petalia began to have dreams during the night, of an underwater world that she could never have imagined on her own. It was not an actual dream, but the telepathic pulses of a jellyfish girl who was crying out for help. The girl’s name was Julianna, an artistic and spiritual creature who was never without a fountain pen with octopus ink in it. The markings on her face coincidentally were utilized by Celia the Spider and her cousin Arthur for the ToxAnon logo. With the help of Cello and Laddie’s antennae, Petalia made contact with Julianna. While her toxins were generally accepted by her friends and family, she felt isolated and agoraphobic at the same time. She was unable to allow herself to make friends, and it was determined that she possessed another type of toxin: lack of self-confidence. Finding that this was a genuine problem, the group decided that Julianna was worthy to join the group.
Julianna’s involvement in the group was limited to psi-contact, but her insight was invaluable. Being from a different world than the land-dwellers, Julianna’s perspective showed the group what triggers there were within the minds of aquatic creatures, and this information was what allowed Petalia to come up with a solution to Julianna’s social disability. Because of this, creatures like Fenton the Fire Coil and Soren the Stone Fish were able to deal with their own toxins with Petalia’s help through Juliana.
Enter the Pan Knight Combinofts
During the events of the Petalia’s Wish story, Celia the Spider had assigned her cousin-in-law, Laddiebug, to give Petalia a special gift that was made from her own Blue Moon silk (the kind that is secreted only every seven months in varying amounts) The gift was a blanket, one that was as silky and smooth as Petalia’s petals and warm enough to keep her warm during nights like the previous one. While Laddie was delivering it, Cello (Celia’s cousin, elder sister of Arthur, and Combinoft of Laddie) and another friend named Tetrazin, had been helping Celia organize her materials and share a family breakfast when the latter began to fall ill. Arthur got a psionic call from Cello which prompted Charlotte, Tina, Sid, and Arthur himself to rush to her bedside. Char relied on the medical texts she helped put together for ToxAnon’s resources while Celia was put into bed, awaiting the arrival of Celia’s eldest cousin Strat the Hopper to help the children and Tetra look after her. Tetra had been to meetings, but her true genus was not as poisonous as her outer shell seemed. Tetra was, in fact, a slvskorte Pixian fae, born of Lady Sal Sol’s first laugh, and Strat the Hopper was her beloved combinoft.
A week later, in Lady Sal’s indoor garden sanctuary, Cello and Petalia observed Arthur and a few other members of ToxAnon while on a field trip want to look closer at the now-potted flower, Gloria the Gladdie, a little girl flower who chose to risk her own life to help bring Petalia into the sights of visiting royals Spencer Jones and his fiancée Mina Elechad. Ross was a little too sharp with the younglings by telling them to look and not touch. While they tried to keep their distance, they were far too entranced by Gloria’s cuteness. The night following Mina and Spencer’s combination ritual, ToxAnon and the Nevertribe, who had now finally been introduced during Petalia’s week of preparation, threw a going-away party for Petalia and Gloria, who were leaving their Neverzone to be part of Mina and Spencer’s family as housewarming plants (a typical duty of a Magtis flower). In Petalia’s absence, Ross passed the reins of leadership to Charlotte and Acidney, with Ross staying on as a mentor figure. According to the Brotherhood of Pan and the Sorority of Bells, more cells of ToxAnon have been formed in their own Neverzones, with Petalia’s image as their symbol.
Petra’s Neverzone
A few of the inhabitants of Petalia’s Neverzone could not bear to live without Petalia and little Gloria, especially after a true familial connection had been revealed between Petalia and Cello and Laddie (her “parents”). Cello, Laddie, Celia Spider, and Magnolia the Snow Owl migrated to the Petraverse, home of Mina Elechad and her displaced family, being welcomed into the Elechad household by Mina’s youthful mother Sonya and her common-law husband Stavros. A few months after the 22nd birthday of fellow Pan Knight Ariella Jones, an incidental visit to Petra’s Neverzone brought the biosignal of one of the visitors to Celia Spider’s attention. Ariella and Jesse’s adoptslv daughter, a plush lop rabbit named Jennifer, was born as a nameless Neverscapian spider on Earth Prime, and was given rebirth as her current form after an ionic plasma storm nearly ended her life. Celia knew all about this rabbit girl and had dreamt about her so much, that she had drawn pictures of her and hung them on her gallery wall.
Finally, in the Petraverse, after following Petalia, Gloria, Cello, Laddie, and Magnolia, the Neverbeings were given a home in the warmth and care of Sonya Elechad and her Combinoft husband Stavros Oz. It was here when Celia’s greatest desire would come true. With Spencer and Mina’s help, a summons was given to Jennifer Jonescart, Lexi Jonescart, and Serena Jones to join them at Sonya’s hilltop house. Jennifer’s note was made out to “C’Daka,” so at first she thought it was a mistake, but upon meeting Celia for the first time, the pieces all started to fit.

Upon learning of who Celia was, Jennifer was immediately embraced by her elder half-sister and grasshopper cousins. Jennifer was smitten with her big sister, but at the same time was initially hesitant to fully reconcile her spider nomenclature becasue of the memories of meeting Ariella. With Ariella’s help, Dextra’s diary entries were given to Celia to help Jennifer interpret. One of the key entries was addressed directly to Jennifer (birthname C’Daka) as a final will of sorts. “C’Daka, you are unique among your siblings; you possess a rare power, but you are not alone. As long as love exists, you bring honor to yourself and to those you love. I leave you this message so that you will accept others into your life, and pass on that same love and understanding to others who need it.”
After Celia stitched this message into a special blankie for Jennifer and her fellow adoptslv cousins Becky and Sunni, Jennifer made peace with herself and became the sister to Celia she had hoped for all those years. In the Neverscape, the home dimension of Fae Matriarch Queen Auroralania Faye-Sol, Celia, Cello, Laddie, Jennifer, Becky, and Sunni teamed up with newly reborn cousin Sunrise Jensen to create a core branch of ToxAnon, renaming it “Petalia’s Smile”. This new alliance would be needed after the slvskorte of Bella and Sophie’s daughter Bree, named Sonata Belle Jonescart, was abducted by cultists of the Order of Fire Serpents, allowing the toxins that the members each feared within themselves to be used in a constructive and heroic manner.
