Unusual Beginnings
When Venicia germinated Vivi’s seed, she learned of her newest daughter’s potential and gift of sweet scent generation, and feared for her safety against those who would use her power for evil use. With Lady Sal’s help, Bulbie Vivianna was transplanted to the southern coast where five of her most trusted friends, the Cacti, would protect her until her true parents sought her out. For nearly a year, Vivianna hatched from her bulb and grew intellectually, and learned to wield her special power. By sheer chance, the ones who were forecast to be Vivi’s parents were lured in by her special ability when Wilscott got lost and caught a whiff of her buttercream scent. Sensing that he might be the one, the Cacti introduced him to the little flower. Vivi would not have opened up to those whose soul prints were wicked, so it was clear from her connection to Wil, and later Juniper, they were the ones. When the Sols performed the Combinoft ritual, Vivianna radiated a light akin to a miniature sun. Because Juniper and Wil lived underground in the biodome, they made a difficult choice by putting their flower daughter in the care of devoted gardener Dajanoten. In the years that followed, Vivianna and her parents grew closer, in spite of the distance between their underground home and the surface world. She flourished and spread happiness to all visitors to Dajanoten’s garden.
